Return Policy For First Act® Store

Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the First Act® Store, you can return it within 30 days of purchase in its original packaging, condition, and freight prepaid. When we receive your return the full purchase price, excluding shipping & handling, will be refunded to you.

Return Procedures:

1. Call or email us with the reason(s) you would like to return the product. We can be reached at 1-888-551-1115, or send email to info@firstact.com

2. You will be given an address to return the product to, a return authorization number that must be prominently displayed on the box, and any other necessary procedures in regards to your return.

3. After we receive the product in our warehouse your account will be credited the full purchase price, excluding shipping and handling.
